River of Life Church will be coming together to observe a Daniel Fast again this year. The fast will begin on January 2nd and will continue until it is broken on Sunday morning, January 23rd.
Pastor Ben Wiles stated, “Every year in January, our church enters into a season of fasting. We have done this for several years now and I believe it has been crucial to the survival of this church as well as the effectiveness of our ministry. Corporate fasting has given us much-needed direction and has caused each year to be started with a hunger for the presence of God in our worship services. Fasting will lead to much-needed spiritual breakthrough in individual lives and collectively as a church.”
