Lead Pastors Ben and Pam Wiles

Since August 2000, Ben and Pam Wiles have been serving as the Lead Pastors of River of Life Church. Ben and Pam have been married since 1990 and together they have two sons (Marcus and Jonathan) and a hyperactive Terrier/Schnauzer mix named Midnight.

Ben is also a trained Christian life coach and really loves to see people live out their lives according to God’s plan.  He also LOVES technology (especially his Macbook and iPhone) and is working with our leadership and technology teams to constantly strengthen River of Life’s presence on the internet.

Ben also has a ministry leadership and technology blog at http://www.integratemylife.com

In addition to taking care of Ben, Marcus, and Jonathan, Pam also works in the education field, currently serving Oaklawn Elementary School as Special Education Designee.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading an occasional book.:)

Administrative Pastors Bobby and Tricia Rosson

My wife Tricia Rosson and I have been married for 20 years and have two wonderful children. Courtney, our oldest, recently got married to David Rodgers and were blessed to have a beautiful baby boy this August. Logan, our youngest, is a junior in Lakeside High and loves to run track.

My wife and I started as youth pastors in our home church in Mena, Ark. in 1997. We then moved to Hot Springs in 1998 and served River of Life Church for two years as associate pastors. In 2000, we moved to Malvern and served as lead pastors of that church for six years. In 2006, we were asked to become part of the pastoral staff at River of Life Church, which we gladly accepted.

Tricia works as an assistant and financial advisor for Stephens Inc. for the last four years as well as serving as media director in the church. I would not be able to accomplish half of what I do without Tricia by my side.

I am an ordained bishop in the Church of God and currently working towards a bachelor degree in church administration. I have served as the state Boys Club director, state youth board for the Church of God in Arkansas. I am currently serving on the Chaplaincy Board for Oaklawn Racetrack.

My family and I love the Hot Springs community and have a heart to see churches in our community come together and serve our city through loving arms extended to hurting people in Hot Springs.
